Beat & Sift breaks into the dry extraction market with the aim of speeding up and simplifying all work processes. In just 5 minutes you will be able to extract the maximum quantity and quality of resin with the minimum effort.
It is a product developed by professional hash-makers in the sector with more than 10 years of experience, recognized with multiple trophies and cups throughout the Iberian Peninsula.
Beat & Sift consists of a cloth bag made of 100% natural cotton. On the side, it has a nylon rope with an adjustable manual closure and some thick crossed straps, which end in a click closure. Thanks to both closures, we can easily adapt our Beat & Sift to any cube. At the bottom of the bag we will find a mesh with a size to choose between 220-190-160 microns, joined with double seams to guarantee high resistance and durability of Beat & Sift over time.

How to use Beat & Sift
Place a round bowl of equal diameter inside the Beat & Sift so that the mesh covers the top of the bowl.
Adjust the mesh well and tighten the side drawstring, pushing the closure so that it is very tight, forming a smooth surface.
Join the strips of the lower part by attaching them to their corresponding plastic closure, in this way the bowl will be well attached to the Beat & Sift so that unwanted vegetable remains do not enter and ruin the final quality.
We are now ready to take the vegetable matter from the freezer, previously dried and frozen for a minimum of 12 hours. We place it inside the special Beat & Sift canvas, or we use a plastic bag (one from the purchase will be ideal).
Without wasting time so that the leaves do not thaw:
We position the Beat & Sift inside the bag so that the mesh is in contact with the raw material, we tighten the bag around the bowl, hold it with our hands without letting go and close it using an elastic band.
We turn it over and start hitting the top of the bag for 60 seconds with a wooden spoon or a couple of sticks. We will distribute the blows over the entire surface of the bag with a regular rhythm of 3-4 blows per second.
We open the bag again, but before removing the Beat & Sift from the bowl we remove the remains of the leaves with our hands or with a brush.
We open the closures and remove the Beat & Sift, carefully collect all the pollen from the bottom of the bowl, with the help of a silicone brush or a plastic card. We already have our extraction ready to be worked manually or filtered with the Beat & Sift Screen or with mechanical pressing and get the final texture that we like the most.
Depending on the quality of the raw material, you can make different batches. We recommend cleaning the Beat & Sift mesh regularly, spraying a little alcohol on the surface and rinsing with water, using a non-abrasive sponge. To always keep the mesh intact, make sure you do not carry out the extraction process using large branches that can damage it.
